BSA Motorcycle Cast Iron Plaque

This cast iron garage plaque features branding from BSA Motorcycles. After starting production in the early 1900's, BSA Motorcycles (inc Triumph) grew to become the biggest manufacturer of motorbikes in the world by the 1950's. However competition from Japanese companies in the 50's and 60's stole BSA's market share, resulting in a government rescue operation in 1973. This version of the BSA garage sign features a green handpainted background with a raised white, red and gold logo in the middle. The plaque comes with pre-drilled holes, making it easy to hang in any garage, office, man cave or workshop.
